It's time for the 2025 Richmond Softball AGM! This year's AGM will be taking place remotely on October 15th 2025 at 7:00pm. Topics will include the review of the previous season, next year's goals, as well as nominations on the upcoming open executive and volunteer positions.
Each team must send a minimum of 2 participants to ensure we have a quorum.
This year, we are seeking nominations for the following Executive positions (each for a two-year term):
President
2nd Vice President
Treasurer
Rep Chair
Women’s/Adult Coordinator
U17/U20 Coordinator
U13/U15 Coordinator
U9 Coordinator
In addition to electing Executive members, the Association will be appointing the following volunteer roles at the AGM (renewed annually):

Umpire-in-Chief
Assistant Tournament Director
1st Member – Fields
2nd Member – Ball Throw/Photos
3rd Member – Trophies
Spirit Wear Coordinator
Gym Allocator
Scheduler
Umpire Allocator
Communications Director

Rep and House Uniforms Coordinator
