2025 Annual General Meeting

It's time for the 2025 Richmond Softball AGM! This year's AGM will be taking place remotely on October 15th 2025 at 7:00pm. Topics will include the review of the previous season, next year's goals, as well as nominations on the upcoming open executive and volunteer positions.

Each team must send a minimum of 2 participants to ensure we have a quorum.

This year, we are seeking nominations for the following Executive positions (each for a two-year term):

• President

• 2nd Vice President

• Treasurer

• Rep Chair

• Women’s/Adult Coordinator

• U17/U20 Coordinator

• U13/U15 Coordinator

• U9 Coordinator

In addition to electing Executive members, the Association will be appointing the following volunteer roles at the AGM (renewed annually):

• Tournament Director

• Umpire-in-Chief

• Assistant Tournament Director

• 1st Member – Fields

• 2nd Member – Ball Throw/Photos

• 3rd Member – Trophies

• Spirit Wear Coordinator

• Gym Allocator

• Scheduler

• Umpire Allocator

• Communications Director

• Webmaster

• House Committee Chair

• Rep and House Uniforms Coordinator
